American Pale Ale

If you like Sierra Nevada Pale Ale, you should love our American Pale Ale.

An American Pale Ale is not so different from a best bitter, in fact, they are brewing cousins – having similar characteristics and percentages.  The difference between the two really comes down to a difference in hop choice.  American pale ales are known to be a little more bold with their hops, creating a cleaner and fresher beer.  We have chosen Magnum, Perle and Cascade Hops to give this beer its complex bouquet of citrus and spice.  Of course the hops are balanced out by our fine crystal malt grains to give this unique American classic its back-bone.
