More heavily carbonated than an English Pale Ale, this beautifully light-coloured ale has a grassy, hay-like aroma combined with zingy notes of grapefruit.  This beer is meant to be served cloudy to add more of the yeast flavours into the beer (similar to a belgian wit beer) so go ahead and pour the whole lot out – sediment and all.  Or try it each way – with yeast sediment and without and see what you prefer.

The Aussie Pale Ale is a great one to cut the spice in curries and goes nicely with grilled chicken.

A beer is only as good as its ingredients.

If you’re going to spend the time to craft your own bespoke beers, it makes sense to start with the very best.
That’s why this recipe pack has the finest grains, all freshly milled and vacuum packed just before shipping.   We use top quality hops from around the world compressed into a pellet form for easy handling and less liquid absorption. We pre-measure the hops into tea-bag like additions and then vacuum seal it all to ensure you receive the freshest possible ingredients.

** You will need equipment to make this beer – these recipes are designed to be used with a large 9L+ pot and the HomeBrewtique brewing bag and fermentation equipment.**

Ingredients: Malted barley blend (GLUTEN), hops (Galaxy and Saaz), corn sugar (Dextrose Monohydrate) and Yeast (packaged in a protected atmosphere), Kettle Finings aka: Irish Moss (carrageenan).

Storage : Please put your yeast and hops in your refrigerator to maintain optimum performance. Once bottled, store your beers in a cool and dark place until ready to drink – pour out entire bottle as this one is meant to have sediment mixed-in!
