These terms and conditions govern your use of our website. Please read these terms in full before you use this website. If you do not accept these terms and conditions, please do not use this website. Your continued use of this website confirms your acceptance of these terms.
Conditions Of Use
All items bought from homebrewtique.com must be intended for a person above the legal drinking age in that country. While we are not selling alcohol, because these kits provide the means to make alcohol the recipient of this product must be of legal age. If you or your intended recipient are not of legal drinking age you must not proceed with your purchase.
All orders are subject to the following terms and conditions. These shall form part of any contract concluded between HomeBrewtique Ltd.
This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
A binding contract for the sale of all products will be created upon a communication being sent by HomeBrewtique Ltd. to the buyer confirming acceptance of the buyer’s order and upon no other event. ‘Acceptance’ shall for the avoidance of doubt be at the time the communication is ‘sent’ by HomeBrewtique Ltd..
The completion of an order form and payment for the products shall be deemed conclusive evidence that the buyer confirms that the kit will only be used by someone of legal drinking age and agrees to be bound by these Conditions of Sale.
HEALTH AND SAFETY
All products sold by HomeBrewtique Ltd. comply with the European Food Safety. The use of any product should be supervised at all times by an adult. The buyer shall be responsible for ensuing that all statutory, government or local authority regulations are complied with in relation to the use of any products purchased from HomeBrewtique Ltd. Home Brewtique received a Hygiene Rating of 5 at our most recent inspection in 2016.
The buyer may not at any time alter or deface any trade marks identified on the products with the intention of attaching or juxtaposing another trade mark, unless the buyer is in receipt of HomeBrewtique Ltd.’s express prior permission in writing.
The copyright in any design, presentation, process, packaging and/or literature in connection with the products shall remain the property of Home Brewtique and no right or licence (except as to the use for which the products are supplied) shall be granted hereby whether express or implied.
- Cookies used on this site do not contain any personal information.
- Any information collected is anonymous and generalised.
- This site will not sell any email addresses and names to any third party, however your purchase on our website will automatically put you on our mailing list to receive future tips and ideas on brewing, offers and special announcements. You may opt out of these mailings by simply clicking at the bottom of said emails to be removed from our lists.
- Any email addresses/names left in comments or mentioned in emails sent to HomeBrewtique will be kept private and not sold to anyone
- Your privacy is respected at all times
Where do the cookies come from?
- The software that runs this site (WordPress) may transfer a temporary cookie so it can keep track of what it’s doing. As it’s temporary it may be deleted when you leave the site.
- So that we can measure the popularity of posts, where people come from and other general statistics, this site uses Google Analytics as well as FaceBook Pixels. It may store cookies to track new and repeat visitors. It does not have any detail on who you are.

HomeBrewtique Ltd. will normally dispatch an order in 1 to 2 working days of the order being confirmed and payment being received.
Delivery within the UK will normally be made within 24 hours of dispatch through APC UK, however may take up to 48 hours if you live in more remote places.
For EC and overseas deliveries, our shipping carrier of choice is ParcelForce. Most EC deliveries will take 2-5 days. The buyer is regarded as the importer of record. The buyer may therefore be subject to additional charges duties and/or taxes which will be the sole responsibility of the buyer. HomeBrewtique Ltd. is not responsible for any additional cost or expense incurred by the buyer save as are specifically included within the delivery charge or as otherwise provided for herein.
HomeBrewtique Ltd. shall not be liable for delay or failure to deliver products promptly if such failure arises due to force majeure or by reason of any delays occasioned by strikes, riots, lockouts or other labour trouble, war, fire, accident, mechanical failure, non-availability to HomeBrewtique Ltd. of manufactured stock, parts, or materials; delay or failure of delivery of the products to HomeBrewtique Ltd. by manufacturers suppliers or other persons; government action, legislation or regulation of any kind; act of God, or any circumstances whatsoever outside our reasonable control.
Cancellation & Returns
Our cancellation, returns and refund policy is in accordance with UK distance selling regulations. Before returning any items to us, please contact us to request refund permission. Any orders/items returned without this may take longer to process and refund as it is more difficult for us to locate your details. Returns will be subject to all shipping fees, however as long as the equipment is returned in re-saleable condition we will gladly give you a full product refund.
You may cancel your order, without giving a reason, if the product has not yet been dispatched. HomeBrewtique Ltd. will action your refund in full as soon as possible and within 7 working days of you notifying us of your cancellation. However because we use an external payment system, WorldPay Inc. we make no promises as to how long it will take them to process the refund. However, it seems reasonable that no refund should take more than 30 days to process.
Equipment returns can be made at any time as long as it is un-used and in re-saleable condition. Unfortunately due to health risks and re-sale issues, we cannot accept returns of any ingredient packs. All products must be received and checked by HomeBrewtique Ltd. before a refund will be authorised.
LOSS OR DAMAGE IN TRANSIT
All goods are checked before dispatch, but in the unlikely event of any items in your order being damaged, you should notify us within a reasonable time period, usually 48 hours after receiving the goods, giving details of the damaged items. All claims for broken, or damaged goods must be supported with photographic evidence and sent to email@example.com
HomeBrewtique Ltd.’s responsibility for loss or damage in transit will be limited to replacing the damaged products or providing a refund, whichever the buyer prefers.

Payment And Title Of Products
The full price for ordered products must be paid and cleared prior to dispatch, unless previous arrangements have been made. All orders must be paid for in Pounds Sterling. Our website has some provision for quoting in other currencies however the payments will come through as GBP.
In the event of a failure by the buyer to pay for the products, then title to the products shall remain with HomeBrewtique Ltd. until such time as payment in full is received. HomeBrewtique Ltd. reserves the right to retake possession of the products in the event of non-payment.
In the event that the buyer fails to make payment for the products or fails to take delivery of any of the products supplied by us, then all sums outstanding in respect of any products supplied by Homebrewtique Ltd. shall if not already paid in full become due and payable immediately and HomeBrewtique Ltd. may in its absolute discretion and without prejudice to any other rights HomeBrewtique Ltd. may suspend all future deliveries of the products to the buyer under the contract in question or under any other contract and/or terminate any such contract(s) without liability upon our part; and/or require payment of interest on all amounts due at a compound annual rate of 4% above NatWest bank’s base lending rate for the time being prevailing from the date when payment for the products in question became due to the date of actual payment.
The following methods are available to pay for HomeBrewtique Ltd. products:
On-line credit card transaction through secure third party payment processor WorldPay or PayPal;
cash, or chip & pin payment in-person if at an event
In each case HomeBrewtique Ltd. will ensure that your order and any payment information you provide is kept private and confidential.
Where the buyer is using the online payment method, HomeBrewtique Ltd. uses recognized online credit payment agency (WorldPay) who has 3D secure server software encryption to keep your transaction private and protected. Or through a PayPal account previously set-up by the customer. Paying by these methods will require the buyer to visit another website domain. HomeBrewtique Ltd. accepts no responsibility and shall not be liable for errors or omissions on the part of the credit payment agency which result in the disclosure of confidential information, loss, expense or damage howsoever arising to the buyer. It is the responsibility of the buyer to read the terms of business of the credit payment agency before using the service.
The price of products confirmed at the point of purchase will remain fixed during the transaction.
All prices quoted on the site are subject to alterations without notice to take account of fluctuations in the cost of labour, materials and ingredients as well as alterations in rates of exchange and import duty which may occur in the course of manufacturing the products. All prices quoted include sales tax/VAT.
All reasonable measures are taken by us to ensure that this website is operational all day, every day. However, occasionally technical issues may result in some downtime and accordingly we will not be liable if this website is unavailable at any time.
Where possible we always try to give advance warning of maintenance issues that may result in website down time but we shall not be obliged to provide such notice.
VISITOR PROVIDED MATERIAL
When using this website you shall not post or send to or from this website any material:
(a) for which you have not obtained all necessary consents;
